Christmas 2020 holidays

This Friday marks the last day that we'll be guaranteeing delivery* for orders to the UK before Christmas.

Let's be honest. We all know that a bike is one of the best Christmas presents you can give (we're not biased, honest!). In terms of use, reward and the resulting time spent as a family, there are few Christmas presents that can top a bike for a child.

Therefore, if you're planning to gift a Black Mountain this year, make sure you get your order placed before midnight Friday 18th!

Our team have, once again, had a busy year. Just like this time last year, they've built and dispatched more bikes than ever before. They've done a great job - so a big shout out to the technicians on the factory floor here!

So, once our final last-minute orders are out the door and the technicians have cleaned down their tools and workbenches on 23rd, we’ll be shutting the factory doors until 4th January. We'll be making the most of the first week of the new year to give our offices and warehouse a much-needed 'square-up', so we'll be dispatching any bikes ordered over the period from Monday 11th onwards.

Don’t worry - we’ll still be monitoring emails and you’ll still be able to contact us through the website for any urgent questions - we'll do our best to respond between mince pies and family time! But, our phones will be off whilst the team enjoys some well-deserved downtime.
