COVID-19: Business as usual!

It's fair to say these are strange (and scary) times for all of us! So, we wanted to write a quick blogpost to say it's business as usual for Black Mountain!

We're still building and dispatching bikes as normal! We realise how good cycling is for families and we're expecting a lot more family time over the coming weeks and months.

Because we're mainly an "online" company, most of our staff can work from home. And, one of the benefits of being a small team is... well... that our team is small! This vastly reduces the risk of transmission and should allow us to continue building and dispatching bikes, around the world, until normality resumes.

There are some small changes you should be aware of, but these will largely not impact you, our customers:

Small courier delays

Our EU couriers are warning us to expect delays of up to 24 hours, as countries enforce stricter border rules. To combat this, we'll be doing our best to dispatch EU orders even quicker than usual, so this shouldn't affect the service you receive!

Showroom closed

As a sensible measure, we've closed our showroom to visitors. If you need any additional help with sizing and fit, please drop us a line on +44 1291 639890 and we'll be more than happy to assist.
